We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is not a customized piece, such as engraved or made-to-order items, which are non-refundable.

If you would like to return a piece of jewelry, please ensure it meets the criteria outlined above. If the item is ineligible for return, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@luxegemsphere.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a return authorization and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Be sure to include all the original paperwork and tags.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item is deemed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange as per your request.

4. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow the return procedure and indicate your preferred exchange option. 7. Late Returns

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but please note that returns initiated after the 30-day window cannot be accepted. Any items returned after this period will be shipped back to you at your expense.
